| This Dryer is improved and designed on the basis of original Hot-pressing Dryer, and it is used to dehumidify, dry and level-off the longitudinal rotary-cut core veneer. The synchronously closing structure is installed symmetrically on both sides of the hot pressing dryer, so that each layer of platen and core veneer can touch or separate at the same time. The machine is characterized with its frame structure and low investment. It is featured with upper oiling cylinder, saturated vapor or thermo-oil used to heat platens, easy installation and debugging, high productivity, and low energy consumption. This machine can automatically control the process of drying and level-off according to predetermined technology. |
